1 kg flour
450 g sugar
6 eggs
8 tablespoons melted honey
2 baking powder
2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon of clove powder - or finished gingerbread spices

preparing:

mix eggs and sugar with mixer,
add the honey,
add baking powder and spices to flour,
sift the flour, baking powder and spices to mixture,
then all mix with eggs and honey. 

cover the bowl,
let it stand for about 12 hours,

heat the oven to 250 ° C

on a baking sheet we take balls, size of a small walnut
from the above we can stick a little piece of walnut
when you put the cakes in the oven reduce the heat at 225 °and
bake for 10 - 15 minutes until a nice brown color
when take out Honey patellas will be soft but how cool they become hard

this honey patella are ideal in winter with a warm tea,
not needed of purchasing other biscuits,
they are also natural part of the Christmas and New Year cookies.






ukusne medene pogačice, izvrsne uz čaj, dugo mogu stajati.
kako stoje pokupe vlagu iz vazduha i postanu mekane,
od meda koji koristite zavisiće ukus,
najčešće se koristi bagremov med jer je on najneutralniji.

za medene pogačice je potrebno:

1kg brašna
450 g šećera
6 jaja
8 kašika otopljenog meda
2 praška za pecivo
2 male kašičice cimeta u prahu
1 mala kašičica klinčića u prahu – ili gotovog začina za medenjake

izrada:

jaja i šećer umutimo mikserom
dodamo med
brašno pomešamo sa praškom za pecivo i začinima
prosejemo na mešavinu,
i sve izmešamo sa jajima i medom.

poklopimo,
ostavimo da odstojo oko 12h

rernu zagrejemo na 250°C  

na papir za pečenje vadimo kuglice veličine manjeg oraha
od gore možemo zabosti malo parče otaha
kad stavimo kolače u rernu smanjimo na 225° i pečemo  10 – 15 minuta
dok ne dobije lepu smeđu boju
kad ih izvadimo one će biti mekane ali kako se budu hladile očvrsnuće,

medene pogačice su idealne zimi uz topao čaj umesto kupovnih keksića a naravno deo su Božićnih i Novogodišnjih kolačića.
