moussaka with cauliflower - musaka od karfiola




beautiful autumn dish

it is needed:
about  1.5 kg of cauliflower
500 g minced meat
1 onion
food supplement - culinat or salt
pepper  
150 g bread crumbs
2 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
2 dl sour cream
a little milk

preparation:

1.cook the cauliflower in salted water
2.bread crumbs fry on a little oil
3.meat fry with chopped onion, add salt and pepper
4.make the moussaka,
  into the baking bowl put half of the bread crumbs  
  put over the half of the cooked cauliflower,
  add the meat
  put the other half of the cauliflower, season with salt and
  put the rest of the bread crumbs over cauliflower
5.whisk eggs, add sour cream, salt and a little milk to the mass so you can spilled over     cauliflower

potrebno je:

1 glavica luka
bibera
dodatak jelu culinat ili so

2 kašike ulja
3 jaja
2 dl pavlake
malo mleka

priprema:

1.skuvajte u slanoj vodi karfiol
2.prezlu propržite na malo ulja

   dodajte meso

   prelite preko karfiola
6.pecite na 175° -180° oko 40 minuta
