homemade pasta for soup - domaći rezanci za supu





no doubt that today you can find a good pasta in our markets,
however the domestic is still homemade,
you certainly will not overcook it in the soup, 
t is easy to make and 
is cheaper than buying,
try and see


for 100g of flour you need 1 egg

sieve the flour and 

make a hole in the middle,

add the eggs and mix with a fork as for the scrambled eggs

knead the flour and

make a ball of dough,

sprinkle with a little flour and leave to rest a little,

cut it on a couple of pieces,

roll out with the dough machine gradually to thinnest thickness,

sprinkle with flour,

now cut to the desired length and 

with the machine for pasta,cut to the desired width

add a little flour to prevent them from sticking together,

leave to dry



store -  best in a cardboard box which is not hermeticaly closed

sada umesite testo


napravite jufkicu, pospite brašnom i ostavite malo da se odmori

isecite je na par komada,

razvaljajte mašinom za testo postepeno do najtanje debljine,

pospite brašnom,

sada ove trake isecite na željene dužine a 

mašinom za testo na širinu za rezance za supu,

dodajte još malo brašna da se ne bi slepili,

ostavite da se dobro osuši,


testo spremite - najbolje u kartonsku kutiju da nije hermetički zatvoreno, da ima vazduha
