apricot ice cream - sladoled od kajsije



tasty, creamy, refreshing ice cream
I usually make it because it's made withauth eggs,
eggs could be a problem in these hot days


you need:

1/2 kg of apricot
250g sugar
250g sour cream
2 sachets cream powder
4 dl of cold water for cream



preparation:

in blender mix the ripe,washed apricot,


add the sugar and the sour cream,

than add the cream powder in the separate bowl,

whip the cream with water,

now unite with mass of apricot 

and pour into a bowl you want to freez,

put it to the freezer,

after an hour whip the ice cream with mixer to brak the crystals of water to become creamy,

do it 2 more times and let it freez,

serve frozen ice cream and decorate it with fruit,whipped cream or whatever you like

ja ga najčešće pravim jer se ne koriste jaja,
što može biti problematično u ovim toplim danima

potrebno je:


1/2 kg kajsija
250g šećera
250g kisele pavlake
2 kesice šlaga u prahu
4 dl hladne vode za šlag



izrada:

štapnim mikserom ili u blenderu izmiksajte zrele oprane kajsije sa korom,

dodajte šećer,

dodajte pavlaku

u posebnoj posudi umutite šlag sa vodom 

te ga sjedinite sa kajsijom

sada izlijte masu u činiju za zamrzivač,

posle sat vremena mikserom umutite sladoled da razbijete kristale vode da bi postao kremast,

učinite to još 2 puta i pustite da se dobro smrzne

sladoled servirajte i ukrasite voćem, šlagom ili kako vam se najviše sviđa
