cherry soup - meggykiszi / čorba od višanja



this is a sweet fruit soup that is eaten chilled before main meal,
a typical Hungarian dish
refreshing and pleasant in hot summer days,

it's necessary:

600 g cherries
1.5 l of water
40 - 50 g sugar
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 dl cream (2 x 1 dl)
2 g flour
1 whole egg

preparation:

clean chery stems and wash well,

put in cold water with sugar, cinnamon, salt,

cook 5-6 minutes or until the cheries are cooked,

in the meantime, 
mix the flour with the half of sour cream,
so when the cherry is cooked take off the heat and mixi in the soup,

take back to the fire to boil and

remove it from the fire again,

the second half of the sour cream mix with egg and
add to the soup too,

mix,

put the pan in a larger pan with cold water to cool the soup, and then put it in the fridge to cool completely,

serve cold soup




to je slatka voćna čorba koja se jede rashlađena pre glavnog jela,
ovo je tipično mađarsko jelo
osvežava i prija u vrelim letnjim danima, 

potrebno je:

600 g višanja 
1,5 l vode
40 - 50 g šećera
malo cimeta
1/2 kašičice soli
2 dcl pavlake  (2 x 1 deci)
2 g brašna
1 celo jaje

priprema:

višnje očistimo od peteljki dobro operemo i 

stavimu u hladnu vodu zajedno sa šećerom, cimetom,soli,

kuvamo 5-6 minuta ili dok višnje ne budu kuvane,

u međuvremenu umešamo brašo u pola pavlake pa kada su višnje kuvane skinemo ih sa vatre i umešamo u čorbu, 

vratimo na vatru da provri,

ponovo skinemo sa vatre,

u drugu polovinu pavlake umešamo jaje i
dodamo u čorbu,

promešamo,

šerpu stavimo u veću šerpu sa hladnom vodom da bi se čorba prohladila i potom stavimo u fržider da se sasvim ohladi, 


služimo hladnu čorbu
